To request deletion of your Likya account, email [email protected] from the email address associated with your account if possible. Use the suggested subject Delete Account Request.

What to Include
Please include enough information for us to identify and verify the account:
- The email address or account identifier used in the Likya app.
- The subject line: Delete Account Request.
- A short statement that you want your Likya account and associated data deleted.
- Any additional information that may help us locate the account, if the request is sent from a different email address.
Processing Time
We aim to process verified account deletion requests within 30 days. We may reply to request additional verification if needed to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
Data Deleted
After verification, deletion generally removes or de-identifies data associated with your Likya account, including:
- Account profile information and authentication records controlled by Likya.
- Synced decks, flashcards, saved words, definitions, examples, translations, and learning content.
- Review progress, spaced repetition data, app settings stored in the cloud, and related learning history.
- Cloud data used to associate your account with premium status or app usage, where deletion is technically and legally available.
Deleting your Likya account does not automatically delete data that remains only on your device, such as local app cache, photos in your photo library, exported files, or backups controlled by your operating system. You can delete local data by uninstalling the app, clearing app data, or using app deletion features where available.
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained if required or permitted for legal, security, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, payment, dispute-resolution, or compliance reasons. For example, Google Play and RevenueCat may retain purchase and subscription records according to their own policies, and Likya may retain limited records needed to document and complete the deletion request.
Subscriptions
Account deletion does not automatically cancel a Google Play subscription. If you have an active subscription, manage or cancel it through your Google Play account. Google Play controls billing, renewals, and refund eligibility.
Alternative In-App Deletion
If you are signed in and the feature is available in your app version, you may also request deletion from inside Likya through the account settings. If that flow fails or is unavailable, use the email request button on this page.
